3. Shipping Costs
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over Rs 1499
- Shipping costs for orders below the free shipping threshold and for international orders will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
- You can track your order using the link provided in the email or by entering the tracking number on our website under Track My Order.
5. Delivery Issues

7. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer or failure to pick up the package, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately at contact@khwaahesh.co.in with photos of the damaged package and products. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
- If your package is lost in transit, please notify us, and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
9. Split Shipments
For larger orders or items sourced from multiple locations, your order may arrive in separate shipments. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.
10. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
