RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
At KHWAAHESH, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not, we’re here to help make the return or cancellation process as easy as possible.
1. Returns Policy
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- The item must be in unused, unwashed, and original condition with all original packaging and tags attached.
- Only items purchased directly from our online store at KHWAAHESH are eligible for returns.
- Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless there is a manufacturing defect.
How to Return an Item
- Contact our customer service team at contact@khwaahesh.co.in to initiate a return. Provide your order number and the reason for the return with attached photo
- We will send you a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it. If it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
- For defective or incorrect items, we will cover return shipping and provide a full refund, including shipping costs.
2. Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
3. Cancellations Policy
Order Cancellations
- You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that it hasn’t already been shipped. Contact us immediately at contact@khwaahesh.co.in or 8693863750 to cancel your order.
- After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible if your order is already being processed or shipped.
Post-Shipment Cancellations
- If your order has already shipped, you may return it following the standard return process after it arrives.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at contact@khwaahesh.co.in. We will either replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
